Gorgeous six bedroom, five and a half bath home. First floor offers three bedrooms, one hall bath and one in room suite, laundry room, and large den with wet bar with rear yard access. There is also a large covered front porch for enjoying those summer breezes. Second floor offers a large open living space with upscale kitchen with large center island and dining area. There is a half bath in the hall leading to the two second floor suites. There is another large deck off the living area to lounge and enjoy the summer sun. The Third floor master bedroom with private deck is a thing of beauty with large tile shower and soaking tub. This home has everything there is to offer for the perfect summer getaway. Owners are willing to allow dogs with consent and a small pet fee of $250.00.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

    This house was beautiful, enough space for six adults and two kids with room to spare. The second floor living area was full of light, and the deck was perfect for outdoor family dinners (and just hanging out).
    The location is perfect - close enough to walk to the beach (it was a bit long for the kids, 8 and 5, but they handled it okay), and right next to town. We frequently walked over to ice cream and mini-golf.
    The one issue we had was an incredibly unpleasant smell on the first floor. I contacted the house manager, who came over right away. His team identified the source of the smell (an unwashed floor mat they peeled off the bathroom floor), and after washing it, the downstairs was usable, if not pleasant.
    We stayed in August, towards the end of the season, so it's understandable that, after many quick flips between renters, the house isn't perfectly clean. But it could really use a deep clean - there was trash left behind the bed headboards on the floor, for example, and all the floor mats could have used a wash. Aside from that, though, really, the place was terrific.

    the property is very convent with a 2 1/2 block walk to beach and 1/2 block to center of dining/shops. Location was very quiet even given proximity to center of town. We were able to walk to most places even more convent. Home is large with multiple beds and baths good for two families or large extended family. Cons are nonsense fees at this price point a fee for towels/linens of poor quality at best, the usual cleaning fee and anything above 5 feet was not clean, a fee to bring a dog please good god stop nickel and dimming at this price point. My favorite was the credit card convince fee but that was only option to pay. Home was for sale so owner not spending money on property coffee pot that leaked every time you put water in it1 The management company did respond promptly to an issue with a leaking faucet on the plus side.

    Our vacation for 2024 was decent. Upon arrival we found that the house was not cleaned very thoroughly. There was blonde pet hair all over the family room rug and couches and we found a hairy tennis ball under the couch. The downstairs level smelled like dog. This was our third year in this house, and it could use some upgrades including new couches in the family room, better water pressure, upgraded bathrooms, new washing machine (the current washing machine has black dirt or mold in it), a shelf in the outside shower, and other small conveniences.

    This was a great, well-maintained rental property! Bedrooms are large, and beds are comfortable. The furniture was new and true to the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped with almost everything you would need for a large group. We enjoyed having two different types of coffeemakers. The property is close to many stores and restaurants. The property manager was attentive and addressed anything we needed promptly. We would stay here again!

    We recently rented this house from 6/11-6/18. Check in was easy, got in earlier than check in time. Location was great, so close to main shopping/restaurants, and not a bad walk to beach. We did drive our chairs/toys/ cooler up each day for ease, but walking was totally fine. I loved how there were 2 king suites in addition to the queen rooms plus one twin room. All rooms were nice sized and beds were comfortable. The common area was perfect for our evening dinners and we did happy hour each night on the upper deck. I wished that the rocking chairs on the lower deck were not zip-tied,however, because it was not conducive for conversations. The kitchen was the best stocked rental that I have ever been in. I liked the fact that there was a washer and dryer available also. Probably the nicest all-around rental I've had the pleasure of renting. A tiny bit of wear-and-tear on walls and maybe carpets but all in all, a great week. Would definitely rent again.

    Great location and beautiful property in the heart of Avalon and a quick walk to the beach. Loved having the Avalon Beach badges for our family and guests.
