The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated.     Overall, I would highly recommend this rental. Locations is 5 Stars. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal, just bring the food. Quiet neighborhood with perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or off the deck of the primary bedroom. Plenty of clean towels were supplied and sheets were individually wrapped and marked by size which made it easy to make up the beds. Beach chairs were supplied and easily accessible. Gas BBQ grill and outdoor table made for easy dinner. Only negative was the plastic mattress covers and the use of unnecessary plug-in air fresheners. We enjoyed our stay and are hoping to come back next year!

    We had a wonderful stay the location was very convenient. There were some maintenance issues the owner could address the the Powers group was extremely responsive Alex Powers was great. The bunk beds are more for a family with a lot of children would have preferred twin beds. I definitely will book my next vacation with The Powers Group.

    Property was very clean and nicely appointed with lots of amenities. Walk to beach was just 2 blocks! 3 block access to Sunset Lake/beach... beautiful and fun walk with band playing on beach!! Good restaurants with Cape May being 5 minutes away. Crab House at 2 Mile Landing was Awesome!! Would highly recommend this for family, or friend vacation!

    Overall, I would give this rental unit a 9 out of 10. Other than a few tiny ants, a squealing sound from the main bath shower fixture, and slightly uneven air conditioning (upstairs warmer than 1st floor); the place was wonderful, well kept, and was equipped with lots of extras. The location was also great! Close to the beach, biking paths and the local basketball and tennis courts. Only other criticism would be that there is only one queen size bed others were bunk beds. So If you wanted to invite another couple, they would have to sleep in separate beds.
