Step out to the spacious deck and breathe in the fresh ocean air with your favorite drink in hand. Pull up a stool at the 4-person breakfast bar and watch the chef of the group create a delicious feast in the fully equipped kitchen. Vibrant tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances highlight the space and create a luxurious experience. Enjoy dinner with a view at the 8-person dining table with family and friends. Rest your head at the end of the day on the queen-sized bed in the lower or upper-level master bedroom. Kids can enjoy their own space in the third and fourth bedrooms featuring 2 twin beds and a full-over-full bunk bed. All of the bedrooms feature a flat-screen cable TV for added entertainment. The First floor of the unit features an open concept Living, Kitchen and dining area. There is access to the huge Ocean Front deck. There is outdoor furniture and a BBQ grille for your enjoyment. The Master bedroom with Private bath is also on this floor along with a half bath and laundry closet. One the second floor you will find Three more bedrooms and two baths. There are two Ocean Front room with access to another ocean front deck. One of these bedrooms is a suite with attached bathroom. The rear bedroom has bunk beds. Take a short stroll across the boardwalk to reach the sandy shores of the Atlantic! Spend the day working on your tan or swimming in the sea before treating yourself to a sweet treat at Teppanyaki Ice Cream. A half mile up the boardwalk is Surfside Pier where you can splash around at Ocean Oasis Water Park or go for a thrilling ride on roller coasters. On the other side of the boardwalk is Gateway 26 Casino offering a variety of table games and slot machines. If you want to experience even more fun on the pier, you can visit Adventure Pier and Mariner's Landing featuring Raging Waters Water Park and Splash Zone Water Park. Have some fun on the water when you stop by South Dock Watersports and rent a paddleboard, kayak, or pontoon boat. If you don't feel like traveling to rent a paddleboard, SUP Guy will bring the boards to you for added convenience.

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.

  This was our 5th year in this property.. in the beginning with dealt with the owner.. very accommodating and cares about his property and the tenants.. was always a call away.. approximately 2 -3 years ago the rental process changed and we then had to deal with The Powers Group.. once again beyond pleased.. highly recommend Rich and Alex.. beyond accommodating..all are a phone call away..Thanks to them we had another awesome vacation in a beautiful home ...will be back next year and many more!!!

  The Power group was outstanding to work with. Al the owner was very helpful. Al was available for any questions or concerns. Everyone in or group loved the house and location. A few steps out the elevator to the boardwalk entrance. Could hear the waves crashing from the decks. The home had everything we needed for our groups stay. Would stay at this location again.

  Terrific vacation! Ocean view and morning sunrise were absolutely beautiful. Property has lots of perks that make a beach vacation enjoyable. Easy access and close proximity to boardwalk, beach and tram! Owners and management group were great to work with, very friendly, helpful and flexible. Only complaint is that the property was extremely dusty. Under beds, above door frames, walls and moldings. Otherwise, the stay was very enjoyable.
