This beautiful bayside four bedroom, two bathroom, second level unit is a truly unique find accepting reservations with a three night minimum during the peak of the Summer Season. Located just three and a half blocks from the free Wildwood Beaches and Boardwalk, this unit is a great economical opportunity to spend a weekend at the Shore. An additional advantage of this vacation rental is the adjoining door with the connected unit located in the kitchen. Alleviate any parking concerns with onsite parking for two cars in the parking spots directly out front of the unit entry, or free street parking on Oak Ave. Bike racks, grills, and picnic tables are available for use outside of the three primary unit entrances. With onsite parking for 2 cars, a great location in proximity to the center of town and the Wildwood Beaches and Boardwalk, and accommodations for ten people, this vacation rental is a great choice for anyone. Exquisite dining options just off nearby New Jersey and Pacific Avenues include Alfe’s Italian Restaurant, Comercial Mexicana, Cattle ‘n Clover Irish Pub, Dragon House Chinese Restaurant, and for a quick bite, the new Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Enjoy plenty of shopping and entertainment options in a centralized location near the Boardwalk and Beach between Surfside Pier / Oceanside Oasis and Morey’s Pier / Raging Waters. You’ll need your strength for all those rides, be sure to grab some grub from Sam’s Pizza Palace or Curleys Fries. Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

  Overall it was a great experience. We did have problems with accessing the wifi as the provided password didn't work and couldn't get resolved through agent. Would have been nice to have a hook in the bathroom for the hand towel. The fans rattled. Distance to beach was not bad at all. Felt very safe walking around. Having parking was very nice. Overall was a very good rental for our vacation.

  Our little group had a great stay in this multiple bedroom unit. Not only was it comfortable for a relatively large group, but we enjoyed sitting out front at the picnic table. Since we had children in our group, we really appreciated the easy "out-front" parking and the safety of the "upstairs" living space. The steps made it a lot less likely that a child would leave without an adult knowing. We also enjoyed the "off the beaten path" aspect of this location One would think that it being situated near Wildwood's sanitation processing plant might cause unpleasant smells or sights, however this was not the case as far as we experienced. In fact, the kids (and adults 😉) found it fun to wave at the 'san-men' as they passed by during the day. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks for such a great spot in which to spend our short vacation!

  This rental was perfect for me and my group of friends. There was seven of us and plenty of space for us to all eat dinner together and live together in harmony. There’s two bathrooms and two showers. It’s in a good location. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Maybe a little less than that. The house was in nice condition. We really had a great time. The landlord is very nice and easy to get in touch with. When we were sweeping the broom broke, and I texted her hoping she wouldn’t be mad. And the next day she was there dropping off a brand new broom and she wasn’t mad at all.
