The first floor has a large entry foyer that doubles as a bonus living room and offers beautiful hardwood floors, crown molding and a natural gas fireplace. A spacious dining area and an upgraded kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter-tops, and a large center island w/ bar stools for an additional entertaining area. There is also a front porch off of the foyer and a side deck off of the great room, plenty of outdoor living space. Also a first floor bedroom with a Murphy bed (queen size)

The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with an impressive master suite! The laundry room with full size washer / dryer is conveniently located on the 2nd level as well. A must see!!!

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

  Both places were awesome. So much room for all large family with great accommodations. Only one complaint would be TV service. Every TV could not keep connections to watch a show. Important for TV lovers. It was really bad service. Everything else was on point.

  This house was a great find!! Booking a house rental without seeing it in person is always a gamble but we hit the jackpot with this one. When we arrived, the house looked and smelled so clean. The location is worth it alone! Two blocks from the beach in one direction and two blocks from the ice cream shop in the other direction. Great for families with kids. Our experience with this rental company was superb. Their communication was on point every step of the way. I would recommend this house with to anyone!

  Loved the location, close to everything in Wildwood and in the Crest. Only a few blocks from the beach! Great large house and pool, no one felt cramped (had 5 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids and 1 toddler). However, the shower heads need replaced (very low pressure/spray) and the queen beds were not comfortable at all. Other than that, everything was wonderful!
