Onsite parking available directly out front for 2 vehicles, an outdoor shower area in the rear of the home, and a private top floor deck provide comfort and convenience for all visitors. The spacious top floor deck accessed off the second floor bedroom, is separated from the neighboring unit by a brand new privacy partition. Upon first arrival, guests can pull into the parking spaces located directly out front of the home to unload. Proceed to the main entrance to the townhome on the left hand side and use the keypad to enter the front door. Once inside guests will be situated in the living area, with access to the second floor stairwell to the right. Just past the living area with a mounted 42” flat screen television is the dining area with a dining table for six people. Next, the kitchen is located just past the dining area. The kitchen is outfitted with a natural gas range and stove, a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stainless steel sink, and a stacked washer & dryer.

The first floor bathroom is located around the corner of the kitchen at the beginning of the first floor hall and is equipped with a combination tub/shower. Proceeding down the first floor hallway provides access to the mid-hallway queen bedroom, and the pyramid bedroom (1 Twin over 1 Double/Full) located in the rear.

Proceeding back into the living area and up the stairwell places guests on the second floor landing. The first room at the top of the stairs is the second floor bathroom with combination tub/shower. Adjacent to the second floor bathroom is the king bedroom, with a new mattress as of the beginning of 2020. At the rear of the second floor hallway is the twin bedroom with deck access. The twin bed has a twin sized pull out trundle bed located on the bottom. The spacious top floor deck accessed off the second floor bedroom, is separated from the neighboring unit by a brand new privacy partition.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.

    303 E. Syracuse is a great spot. Two blocks from the beach, far enough away from all the night life craziness but close enough to go enjoy the boardwalk and cocktails whenever you want. Roof top deck for chilling out and all the amenities of home that you need. Great vacation experience!

    This is not a vacation home. This is nostalgia. This is memories - in live time. I didn't want to leave, and neither did my family. 303A is so warm and inviting. We were welcomed with a large bottle of wine for the holidays (thank you!).

    It feels like home from the moment you walk in. It is impeccably clean and very spacious for its intimate size. The home has a beautiful layout and design aesthetic. The location couldn't be better - think morning walks on the beach with your cup of coffee. It's conveniently located near all the shops should you need to head out, but we stayed in most of the time here. Thanksgiving afternoon was spent on the beach collecting sea shells while the turkey was in the oven. It doesn't get any better than that. Will definitely stay here again.
