This beautiful two story town home style luxury property is located in the heart of the Avalon Commercial district and just a short walk to the beautiful Avalon Beaches. Enjoy everything that Avalon has to offer right out your door. Steps to Restaurants, bars and shopping. Enter the rear of the property to an expansive open floor plan with kitchen dining area and living room in one large great room. There is a gas fireplace, upscale Kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and access to the first floor deck. There is a bedroom to the rear of the property and a hall bathroom. On the 2nd floor you will find the large master bedroom to the front of the property, with access to another private deck. The master bathroom is large and luxurious with a large tile shower and soaking tub. To the rear of the property you will find another bedroom with attached bath. There is also a laundry closet in the hallway. This property has everything you could want in a luxury rental. There is common elevator to gain access entrance of the unit on the 2nd floor of the building and a private Storage Locker for all you beach gear. There is also two assigned parking spaces.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

    The rental property was true to its description, extremely clean and close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The place is spacious with a very pleasant layout. Alex, the property manager did a great job following on all the details. I would highly recommend this place and definitely thinking of going back next year.

    We had a great stay here. The place was very well maintained and quite spacious. We especially liked the decks and the view over the street with the lights in the trees felt really relaxing and very pretty at night. Very convenient short walk to the beach.

    This place was great! Very clean and nice decor. Perfect for a week in Avalon for small group ! A few walking blocks from beach and super close to stores, bars and restaurants! We never had to move our cars. Would rent again! Only issue we had was one shower did not have cold water, and it was scalding hot but their were two other showers! This could probably easily be fixed.
