With a spacious open floor plan and balcony, accommodations for 8 people, access to an exemplary communal pool and fitness facility, and parking available for 2 vehicles, its easy to understand why this unit is a crowd favorite.

Once inside, you will be greeted with a long hallway. Proceeding into your rental, the first bedroom to the right will have a pyramid bed. (1 twin over 1 double/full) The first bedroom to the left has a queen-sized bed with an 18” Flat Screen TV on the adjacent dresser. Continuing into your rental, past the first bedroom with bunk beds, the first of 2 full bathrooms will appear. Complete with combination tub/shower, this bathroom provides a centrally located facility for all guests. Directly across the hallway from the first full bathroom will be a small storage closet. A utility room with full washer and dryer will appear to the right, after the full hallway bathroom, as you proceed toward the Kitchen Area.

The Kitchen Area comes complete with full sized refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, garbage disposal, dishware, stemware, flatware, utensils, pots and pans. The counter top in the Kitchen Area also doubles as a dining area for 4, with four counter top Chairs. The Dining Area is located directly behind the Kitchen Area and has a counter table and 4 chairs. The Living Area is positioned in front of the 3 balcony doors, that lead to the furnished Oceanview Balcony, and has 1 couch, 1 love seat, and 1 chaise lounge for 6 guests to relax. There is a TV cabinet with a 42” flat screen television with Comcast Cable TV, and DVD player located on the western side of the Living Area. The Master Bedroom is located behind 2 French Doors connected to the Living Area and has a King-sized bed. The Master Bathroom, with a stall shower, 2 sinks, and a Jacuzzi tub, is entered through the Master Bedroom.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.

Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

  Very beautiful condo, lots of space. Was only disappointed that when I tried to retrieve the password, the one that Powers Group gave me didn't work, tried to contact them, and they never got back to me, we saw another password in the condo that the owners left, used that one, land it worked but disappointed that Powers Group didn't get back to me ever.   This was our second time staying in this condo, and it was just as great as the first. It’s in the best location. Right across from the sea wall, you can see the inlet from the balcony. It’s very comfortable and homey. The pool is gorgeous and very clean. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. We had great weather and an even better vacation. Will definitely go a third time.

  We had a great time at this location. The only "complaint" was when we arrived there were crumbs on the counter and recycling in the bin. We were not provided a parking pass so had to get that from Lucy as well. Otherwise the place was great. Appreciated the follow up call to check on our stay as well.
