Large 4 Bedroom 3 full bath first floor condo (not on ground level) just steps to the beautiful Wildwood Crest Beaches. Great ocean views from your living room and large front balcony. Located across from tennis courts, and close to basketball courts, playground and the famous Wildwood boardwalk. This is a great quiet location for your family to enjoy. Common area includes, large heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grille area, pool side cabana, storage unit and 2 parking spots. Come enjoy your vacation in this luxury condo.

Entering the unit you will find the first bedroom to the right with two twin beds, and a suite to your left with a queen-sized bed. As you continue into the unit, you will see a separated, full, bathroom to the right, located beside another spacious bedroom with another bunk beds. Proceeding toward the front of the unit, the utility room with full size washer and dryer will be to the left. The kitchen will be located to the right as you enter the large living space, and does provide dishware, flatware, stemware, pots, and pans. Once in the living area of the unit, you will see the master suite to your left with a queen-sized bed and one of two sliding door access points to the large private balcony.

This unit has been freshly painted and has recently had the carpets replaced. free Cable and Wi-Fi. Ceiling fans are also located in the family room and each bedroom.

There is so much to do including many free activities throughout the season including concerts, fireworks, movies on the beach, etc. Within walking distance to several restaurants, a bakery, and steps from the Doo Wop Coffee Shop!

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. An amenities package is included for your convenience. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels, toilet paper and hotel style toiletries for each bathroom, and paper towels. Items will be individually wrapped inside plastic storage containers and located inside upon arrival. Tenants will need to bring Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows, Bedspreads / Comforters are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Kelly Gittle of Beach Home Cleanings.

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

  We had a wonderful week in wildwood staying at Hialeah unit 107. It was clean, nicely decorated and the location was perfect. We were close to the beach and restaurants. The outside area was great. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be coming back next year.
