This beautifully renovated home near the Beaches and Bay is now available for its first rental season! Located just two blocks from pristine beaches, this home offers an island tranquility enriched by contemporary accommodations. Exquisite dining and convenient shopping options are available nearby, while neighboring Cape May is only a ten-minute drive over the bridge. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy cycling paths directly across the street into the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge and near the United States Coast Guard training areas. The interior of this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, side-by-side duplex is impeccably cared for and reconditioned frequently. Both upstairs bedrooms flooring recently renewed with hard vinyl flooring with backing. Any parking concerns are alleviated with a 1 car garage and 1 car driveway located on the eastern end of the home, and additional off-street parking located directly out-front. One popular way of enjoying this property is to park, walk to the nearby beaches during the days, then pick up the trolley in the neighboring Crest to explore the boardwalk and nightlife.

Upon first entering the home from the main front entry, guests will be placed in the 1st floor living area with tile flooring, partial cathedral ceilings, and a staircase access to the second floor. Proceeding past the living area into the eat – in kitchen area, a 4 top countertop and 8 top dining table are present near a sliding glass door leading to the rear porch and grill / patio area. Guests entering the home through the garage will be placed in the living room as well, with the hallway to the 1st floor master bedroom to their immediate right. Just before the master bedroom is a tastefully renovated, “Jack and Jill,” style full bathroom attached to the master bedroom with a full standing shower, tile flooring, and wainscoting. The master bedroom with 1 Queen bed and cathedral ceiling is beautifully decorated and offers a great area in the rear of the home to recharge after the beach before heading to dinner.

Once on the second floor, guests will see the second of two bedrooms to their left with 2 Queen beds. (As noted above, this bedroom is currently having the flooring replaced with the same material present throughout the rest of the home.) On the opposite end of the second-floor hallway, the second of two beautifully renovated bathrooms will appear on the left, with the third of 3 bedrooms to the right. This 1 Queen bedroom is attached to one of the best features in this home; the second-floor balcony with an unobstructed, direct bayfront view of some of the best sunsets on the east coast.
