This beautiful spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse with ocean views are perfectly located just a few steps from New Jersey’s number one beach and a short walk to Sunset Lake. The first floor offers Newly updated kitchen, juice bar with an ice maker, sink and a beverage fridge. This open floor layout includes vaulted ceilings, living room, fireplace, dining area, two bedrooms, one bath and a cocktail arcade with 60 video games. Everyone will love it. There is a private laundry room. Outside the southern entrance, enjoy a private patio with seating, barbecue grill and an outdoor shower. The second floor offers, two bedrooms, two baths with master bathroom jacuzzi, and a balcony with expensive Atlantic and bay views. Just off the master bedroom is a private balcony and a complementary library with a sliding door to the balcony for your enjoyment. All bedrooms are equipped with HD TVs and Wi-Fi. If you don’t feel like cooking, visit a nearby, favorite restaurant, such as the dogtooth Grill, jellyfish Café, mud-hen brewery, Uncle bills pancake house, or order in. There’s the Wildwood Boardwalk with rides and entertainment. Cape May town is a short 10 minute ride away. We are located between centennial Park where there’s often music and morning aerobics and the splash park where there is a playground, exercise equipment for adults and you can rent bicycles. We are close to shopping, fishing boats and wave runner rentals, etc. There are restaurants in every direction. Please: No smoking, Vaping, pets and group rentals are not permitted. The Property is available weekly during the summers and weekends during Spring, Winter and Fall. We’re sure, you will enjoy your stay and hope to see you back each year. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

  The house was very nice, very clean and the location is fantastic. We stayed for two weeks and we’re very comfortable. Biggest issue arouse at the end of the stay, we tried to book the house for the same weeks next year. We were then told the owners raised the price from 6k for two weeks to 8500!!! 45 percent increase is savage. I understand if I was inquiring about a new house. But a YOY increase of 45% was a true slap in the face. For that amount of money I suggest the owners get nice furniture throughout the house!!! The realtor Alex told me he suggested the increase. Up to that point everything was great. Definitely left with a sour taste in our mouths.

  Location and size of house was perfect. Occasional difficulty with number codes for door entry but never locked out. Kids loved TVs in all the bedrooms and had enough space to spread out. Cleaning company needs to do a better job as floors were dirty and a detailed cleaning would be appreciated versus what appeared to just be a superficial cleaning of surfaces. But of all the places we rented over the years this is a house we can see ourselves re-booking next year.

  Our first extended stay was enjoyable, and we were able to explore the many available amenities this rental offers. We loved the space, overall cleanliness, kitchen supplies, comfortable furniture and beds, and spacious bedrooms. The walls were kept freshly painted. All appliances, barbecue, and air worked efficiently. The location is great because kids had access to a splash and kids' park. We were able to ride our bikes on the boardwalk and take a surrey ride. The local brewery is family oriented, and there's plenty of room on the beach. Ralph, our rental manager, was extremely helpful for any questions and information we needed.

  This home was beautiful. Cleaned well and we did have a problem with the garbage disposal but the property management took care of it ASAP. No complaints I’d definitely rent this place again and family I had down was interested in renting the property at another time.
