The third level offers a private bedroom and bath which also presents an opportunity for an additional private master bedroom. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event the Tenant wishes to cancel this lease, the Tenant may do so only upon the consent of the Landlord. The cancellation request must be submitted in writing by the Tenant to the Rental Agent. The Tenant understands that if the Tenant cancels this lease the Landlord has the right to demand the full payment of rent in accordance with the terms of this lease. In the event the Landlord does not release the Tenant from the continued obligation to pay rent or the Property is not re-rented at full price, the Landlord may demand that the Tenant continue to remain obligated to pay the rental amount. All cancellations are subject to a handling charge by the Rental Agent in the amount as agreed upon in the property listing agreement of all collected funds.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

  This was our second year in a row spending New Years at this property. It is a beautiful house. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The living space is great! Love the fireplace in the winter. My favorite thing about the house is the view. 2 sliders off the kitchen and living room which has the most gorgeous view! The house is gorgeous and has great sunset views, quiet street but quick walk or bike to the stores, the beach and shops. It's plenty big enough for multiple families.   We had a fabulous week with friends! The view is gorgeous and the property five star. The beds are very comfortable after long days in the sun and the kitchen very well equipped for big meals together. One thing it might be helpful to know is in order for it to be comfortable on the second floor the air conditioning had to be turned down which made the first floor where several bedrooms are pretty chilly. Pack some socks and a robe or extra blankets. Otherwise, this was a true five star vacation!

  My family really needed a retreat from NYC where we have been homeschooling and working from home with 5 people in a 2 BR apartment. This was the perfect place for what we wanted. The weather was cold and windy but the house was warm and comfortable. The fireplace was great! Personally, Wildwood is a little crazy for my taste but this house puts you right on the edge of town with amazing sunsets and as secluded as you can get within walking distance of the beach, which is about 10 minutes. The recycling facility IS next door but it appeared to be used 1 day of our 4 day stay and was a very minor inconvenience. The house is new, clean and well equipped. I did call the property manager twice and they answered ad were polite and helpful. The street out front is very quiet so my son and I were able to play some street hockey and do some skateboarding. If not for the unfortunate cold weather, it would have been the perfect stay.

  If you are looking for a clean, modern, spacious home, look no further! There was plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, the living room/kitchen area is amazing...you can’t beat that view of the bay! The kitchen had everything we needed and a laundry room if you choose to use it...we did! My family and I were looking for a cozy get away over New Years and this was the perfect place. We had the fire place lit every night, we were able to walk to the beach and it’s a quick drive to Cape May. Alex was great with answering any questions I had. We would definitely rent again!
