Flat screen TVs in every room & WiFi throughout. AC in the summer; gas fireplace in the winter; ceiling fans in every room; and an awesome ocean breeze that blows right through.

KITCHEN: Modern kitchen w/ Cherry Cabinets, Granite countertops, Stainless Steel stove, dishwasher, sink, microwave, and frig. (filtered water & ice in the door). Kitchen is fully stocked: coffee pot and bean grinder; slow cooker; crab pot; blender; toaster oven; dinnerware, silverware, glassware & utensils for 11+. Wine & assorted party glasses.
GREAT ROOM: The 1st floor Great Room boasts 3 sets of oversized sliding glass doors which lead out to a huge deck. Perfect for entertaining friends and family or just lounging in the sun while sipping a cool drink and reading your favorite book. This balcony has expansive views from Hereford Inlet in the north to Morey s Pier in the south, with seating (& dining) for everyone! Inside, the Great Room is divided into a Living area (sporting a 48" Flat Screen TV & WiFi throughout), love seat; a Dining area (with a pub table that seats 8 and a bar that seats 4); and a fully equipped kitchen. Add in a half bath, huge pantry, and full washer drier to complete this space.
Morning coffee, computer emailing, a late night game of Monopoly, or a formal dinner-all with an incredible view of the water through the magnificent front wall of glass. Open it up and let the ocean breeze rush in!
BEDROOMS: Sleeping is divided between 2 floors. All bedrooms have windows with views of the beach. 2 bedrooms ( Master Bedroom2 and the Queen ) have access to the upper level deck. Ceiling fans in each. On the main level there is our Master Bedroom 1 with queen bed, triple dresser, Flat Screen TV, and full private bath attached. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 additional bedrooms: Master Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen-sized bed, triple dresser, Flat Screen and its own full Master Bath, and boasts sliding glass doors that take you to an upper level deck. The Queen Bedroom has a queen bed, triple dresser and Flat Screen TV , and sliding glass doors that also lead to the upper level deck. The 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor has a pyramid bed set-up with a double bed below and a twin bed above, also with a Flat Screen TV.
Off-street private and secure parking for 2 cars or several motorcycles. Private Indoor Showers in the Garage, accessed from the beach. Garage storage is perfect for stowing golf clubs, fishing equipment, bikes, strollers, and other beach gear. Complementary beach chairs and beach toys. Beach Patrol with sand wheelchairs near Arches on Boardwalk.

    This was our third stay at 1600 Boardwalk and best. Unit 304 was bright and cheerful offering some additional amenities. We will be back next year. Thank you for your hospitality.
