Welcome to your new beach sanctuary near Wildwood's entertainment district! Contemporary renovations coupled with modern accommodations and a superior location await you in this true hidden gem. Nestled in the residential area of Northern Pacific and Juniper Avenue, this PET FRIENDLY home offers seashore relaxation while still in fantastic proximity to Goodnight Irene's and Wildwood’s entertainment district. Located two and a half blocks from the Beaches and Boardwalk, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom second floor unit must be experienced in person to truly be appreciated. Each improvement has been installed with the Families trip to the Beach in mind and updates are consistent. If you need more space, be sure to tour the first floor using VRBO ID Number: 9462012. The property owner(s) provide 2 parking permits for metered spaces out front on Pacific Ave.

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Please ensure TRASH and RECYCLING are taken out during your stay. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 Trash Fee.

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

    The rental was perfect for us. It was very clean and within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. It has a nice little private courtyard and a small park directly across the street. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent here again.

    We are a family of five with teenaged and adult children. The 2nd floor unit was clean and nicely decorated. I appreciated having a washer/dryer, a full-size stove and oven, and two bathrooms. I liked having an area inside the yard fence to keep our bikes. My only negative was that the shared patio/outdoor yard area did not actually feel shared. Whoever is on the 1st floor has that area and it seemed odd to enter that area where they are using it and their stuff is out. However, we did use the porch area off the 2nd floor and enjoyed the space.
    Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and a great location for the beach, restaurants, and biking.

    The apartment is nice and in a convenient location. We were on the second floor, but the one disadvantage is that you have a common outdoor area with the downstairs unit. Unfortunately, you are at the mercy of how the downstairs tenants share that common area.
    Also, the shades to the bedroom are not room darkening, and so the motion light from downstairs shines real bright when on.
    Good Night Irene’s across the street was a great place to grab a quick bite.

    We stayed on the 2nd floor of this apartment complex and upon arrival everything was super clean and as mentioned on the app. The cleaning company was quickly accommodating when we were missing one of the bed sheets, and brought it over right away. You pretty much have everything in the kitchen for your stay including coffee machines.The only thing I wish we would have access to is the downstairs sofas / bbq. There was another party on the 1st floor and they clearly took over the entire place. Keep in mind that if you're on the 2nd floor you may not have 100% access to that area. Aside from that the location is close to the beach (about an 8 minute walk), the communication is smooth, and the place is clean! Definitely returning! .

    Whoosh,the whole family had a blast at your house. As always the place is clean n it's very beautiful there. We just left there n already looking for next year's trip. When I was younger we came every year n who knows what the future holds but maybe a spot for us down the line.

    We had a great stay at this well appointed rental. Everything was as described. The location was perfect for us as there was a pet friendly bar/restaurant next door and a little park for our dog to do his business. We would definitely rent here again.

    We needed a pet friendly rental, and found this condo. It is 2 and a half blocks to the beach/boardwalk, with plenty of room for our family of 4 adults, a toddler and a small dog. It’s across the street from a dog park, which was very convenient. The only challenge that we faced was parking. There are meters on Pacific ave and free street parking on Juniper, if you could find it. We had use of a shed in the yard for our beach chairs and
    tents. All in all a great vacation spot.

    The family had an awesome time, we simply love Wildwood n all that it has to offer. We use to travel to Wildwood many years ago n shyed away from coming back due to that we had a terrible experience!! We found this place now n we're staying more weeks then before.
