Looking to escape to Cape May for the holidays while still enjoying all the modern conveniences of home? Interested in a location close to the festivities while still able to provide a quite space to snuggle by the fire? Congratulations on finding your new shore home for the holidays!

The stunning new construction of 827 Washington Street was completed in 2020 and provides a truly unique destination within Historic Cape May. Located on the second level of the complex, this four bedroom, three bathroom, one story unit spares no expense ensuring all the cozy comforts of home are provided. Enjoy a short walk down Washington Street to a plethora of exquisite dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby while alleviating any parking concerns by leaving your car in the onsite, dedicated garage space. Unloading is a breeze with the complex's communal elevator located within the building’s onsite garage.

Guests can proceed to the unit by way of the communal elevator or through the common stairwell entrance located on the Southern face of the complex. Once inside, a small foyer with a coat closet appears with a southern access door to the first of two balconies. The balcony on the southern side of the complex overlooks the side yard with partial views of historic Cape May.

Back inside, a charmingly decorated dining area with a table for eight people rests just before the access hallway to the rear of the unit. North of the dining area is an exquisite kitchen with a center island. Some of the more unique features of this kitchen include fantasy brown granite, an ornate Kingston brass faucet, and a subway tile backsplash. Right next to the kitchen sits a spacious living area. This tastefully decorated and properly outfitted living area presents a warm welcoming atmosphere complete with a plush sectional sofa, 45” mounted flat screen television, and a natural gas fireplace perfect for congregating.

Proceeding down the hallway to the rear of the unit guests will find a full bathroom with combination tub/shower, and a utility room just before gaining access to the four bedrooms. The utility room is stocked with a top loading washer, front loading dryer, vacuum, and iron with an ironing board.

Just past the utility room is a charming Master Suite. This suite is completed with a King-Sized bed, a mounted 43” smart flat screen television in a Ballard Designs wall hanging TV cabinet, and a distinctive walk in closet. The suite’s bathroom is stunning and comes complete with a dual sink vanity accented with Stonemark St. Lucia granite and a tile stall shower with glass doors. Access to the northern balcony is also provided through the first sliding glass door in this suite. Other Decorations/Furnishings include: Ballard Designs bedding. Ballard Designs rugs. Marble top nightstands with Serena and Lilly lamps. Two sitting armchairs. Ballard Designs linen and limed oak end of bed bench. Large walk in closet with a large Ballard Designs leaner mirror. Ballard designs curtains. Daybed and tables on the covered porch.

The Junior suite also provides an access to the Northern balcony, which connects the two suites. This suite is outfitted with a King bed, 43” flat screen television, and an attached bathroom. The suite’s bathroom is completed with a standalone vanity and a tile stall shower with glass doors. Other Decorations / Furnishings include: Pottery Barn and Ballard Designs bedding. Ballard Designs rug. Serena and Lilly lamps on white bedside tables. Ballard Designs curtains. Two swivel glider outdoor wicker chairs with a coffee table on the covered porch.

All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.

    Our stay at 827 Washington St unit 201 was wonderful! The unit is spacious, beautifully decorated and perfect for our family vacation. We were seven which included two small children. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms which was a real treat. Every morning we gathered around the large kitchen island to enjoy our coffee and breakfast and in the evening we enjoyed a number of family dinners around the big round dining table. The unit provided a great amount of public space as well as enough private space for all!

    The condo is beautifully decorated with a well appointed kitchen. It’s a short walk to restaurants and shops, and an easy bike ride to the beach. While there was ample closet space in the 2 larger bedrooms, the space in the remaining 2 bedroom closets was limited, especially the one that housed a large bookcase which took up almost all of the closet space and frustrated those in that room. None of the bedrooms has dressers, which was disappointing. Other than that issue, we loved the condo!

    The condo was beautiful, well decorated, tons of comfy seating and well appointed. But it was dirty and dusty. The toilets had previous use marks, the floor wipes up dark and dirty, and dust everywhere. We had to vacuum the floors on day of arrival. I loved everything about it except the dust. I would love to stay again if it’s cleaned properly before a stay.
