This highly desirable open concept home recently purchased in Fall 2020 is now available for its first time hitting the rental market! Located just a few steps from the free Wildwood Beaches and Boardwalk, this second story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home provides ocean views from inside the living area and on the expansive private front deck. Alleviate any parking concerns with onsite parking for 2 cars, or 1 SUV, in the garage and 1 car in the driveway with additional street parking directly out-front. (Each unit is allotted one space for driveway parking and two back-to-back spaces for the garage) An outdoor shower in the rear yard provides fantastic convenience for keeping sand outside while the garage offers additional space for storing and beach equipment. Exquisite dining, shopping, and entertainment options await just around the corner off Atlantic Ave or short drive into neighboring North Wildwood or Wildwood Crest. Spend a day at Surfside Pier or Oceanside Oasis right at the end of Juniper Ave on the Boardwalk. You will need your strength for all those rides, be sure to grab some grub from Sam’s Pizza Palace or Curleys Fries!

Upon arrival guests can park in the garage and driveway, then proceed up the eastern communal steps to the gated front deck. The main entry door is located on the opposite end of the deck and, once inside, guests will be positioned in the kitchen and breakfast nook area. Further inside past the kitchen to the immediate right-hand side is a sizable living room with loft access and ocean, beach, and boardwalk views. Proceeding down the hallway the laundry room with utility sink is to the left, with a queen bedroom directly across the hall. Next, a beautiful full bathroom with combination tub/shower is located directly across the hall from the pyramid bedroom (1 Twin & 1 Double Mattress). At the rear of the hallway sits the queen suite. Bright, spacious, and perfect for families with little ones, this rear suite connects to a stunning bathroom with a sizeable tile stall shower.

    Our stay went pretty smoothly. Issues: The outside door was broken upon arrival. Leftover food was in refrigerator from previous tenants. Lack of toilet paper. Little ants in kitchen. Master bed is very uncomfortable.

    Good location. AC worked well.

    It was a little unsettling to realize the door code does not change between tenants. Especially with the storm door being broken, I'd recommend switching codes (or at least give the impression it's a unique code).

    Overall, we enjoyed our stay at 321 Poplar Ave.

    P.s. smoke detector needs new batteries- constant beep
