Offering an outstanding location and fantastic amenities, this gorgeous seaside escape is a true opportunity for any Vacationer. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single story home on the first level of the beach block Vista Mar Complex is well cared for and offers exquisite conveniences. Vista Mar’s communal amenities include a spacious pool and grilling area, storage closets, a ground level elevator, two assigned parking spaces in the underneath-the-building parking garage, and beautifully maintained grounds. Once inside the home, you will notice a hallway layout leading into a spacious open concept floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area with access to the balcony. Positioned at the rear of the home are the three bedrooms, hallway bathroom, hot-water heater closet, and utility closet with stacked washer/dryer. The northern suite is currently furnished with a queen sized bed and the bathroom includes a combination tub / shower. The first southern bedroom is currently furnished with a queen sized and the second southern bedroom has a pyramid bed. Each of the bedrooms has a mounted flat screen television. Flooring throughout the length of the home includes an attractive maple hardwood in the hallway, living area, and dining area with tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms. The expansive balcony offers ocean views and a great space for Summer nights. The kitchen comes complete with black laminate countertops, breakfast bar, gas range and oven with overhead microwave, and a full-sized stainless-steel Frigidaire brand refrigerator.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

    Third year that I have rented this condo. Location, facilities are perfect for us. (Five adults 3 children) Overpriced for sure. You’re probably going to think I’m nitpicking when I say there’s no TV to speak of because of the lack of decent WI-FI reception. It’s a part of existence in today’s world. You have to supply your own toilet paper. That’s right I said it. Also bath towels, wash cloths, are at a premium. There are a wash machine and dryer available in the condo. If the rental fee keeps going up I probably will have to look elsewhere. You have to draw a line somewhere!

    The condo is as pictured. It is well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located to shops and bicycle rental but not to close that the traffic and noise is an issue. The storage closet on the ground level is very helpful. My only suggestion is supplying actual blankets. There are no blankets at all. There is only the sheets and a very light comforter which is nice for aesthetics but not comfortable for sleeping. Also, if you are bringing to cars the parking spots assigned are very short, in other words two SUV's will stick out considerably as the assigned spots are tandem. Very nice condo, very clean. we would stay there again.

    The condo itself was perfect for my family of four. It had all of the amenities we needed for the week and it was a quiet and comfortable home away from home. Our only complaint about the Vista Mar property itself, compared to other nearby condos that we have stayed at over the years, is that the door outside of the elevator lobby was propped open all week and the stairwell exit door was also unlocked our entire stay. Every other condo rental property that we have stayed at in the Crest have all required use of a security code to either enter the elevator lobby or to use the elevator itself and none of the exterior stairwell doors were ever unlocked on the ground floor either. Not having that combined security, left us feeling a bit uncomfortable that anyone could easily show up outside our door who was not a resident/rentee of the building. It was as though we were staying at a regular hotel/motel in that regard whereas the condo properties usually tend to offer a bit more security for their owners/rentee’s, which guests like us appreciate. Aside from those two complaints, we otherwise enjoyed our week at this property.
