Large three bedroom, two bath, top floor unit just a few short blocks to the famous Wildwood Beaches and Boardwalk. Large Parking Garage under the building with two dedicated parking spots for this unit. There is also a private storage unit for this unit in the garage area that the owner has left beach gear for tenants to use. There entrance to the unit is to the front left of the building. The front of the unit is a highly desirable open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. From here you will find access to the large front deck equipped with furniture to enjoy those beautiful summer days. To the rear of the property you will find a hall bathroom, Laundry Closet with private washer and dryer and three bedroom. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom and private deck off the rear of the property. TV's in all bedroom and Living Room. High Speed WIFI included.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds and towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

  We had a wonderful stay here for the week . The condo was very clean . I clean houses for a living and this place was definitely the cleanest rental we have ever vacationed in . The owners/ property people were friendly and even gave me their personal number so I could text if we needed anything . Not too bad of a walk to the beach / boardwalk and it is close to many restaurants. Outdoor shower was nice to clean up before heading back up from the beach and the condo had tons of space .

  Very spacious, clean condo. Beds were very comfortable. Only one set of keys it would have been nice to have another set. There were 5 in my party & the condo sleeps 10. The lock box for the keys was hard to open & close. The locks on the doors I could not open with the key until the people in the condo sprayed them with WD40. I feel the owner should spray them monthly or replace the locks.
