The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

  My family loved this house. It was very spacious, clean and updated. Communication from the relators was wonderful. It was nice having 3 spots to park as well as the outdoor shower. It was a quick walk to the beach and other attractions. Only downfall was you can hear people walking above us. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

  Immaculately clean upon arrival. Very spacious for our group of 9. The younger kids loved sprawling out in the living room. The outdoor shower was a plus! Great, quiet area. But the Boardwalk, park, and anything you need within walking distance or a short drive away. The interactions/responses with the owners was First Class. Will look to book here again on our next trip to Wildwood.

  First let me say, booking with The Powers Group was a great experience. I’ve been coming down to wildwood for the firefighter convention for about 13 years. This condo was one of the best and the communication with Ralph the property manager was great. One of the shower heads broke on the first morning and Ralph ran right out to replace it, can’t ask for anything better than that. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I look forward to staying there next year as well!
