Entering the home from the 84th street side, the foyer is tastefully finished with tile flooring and a curved grand staircase to the second floor. Directly off the foyer is access to the first two bedrooms and a spacious den with two sleeper sofas and sliding glass balcony door access to the rear deck and pool area. To the rear of the first floor hallway is the laundry room/rear entry and the first floor suite, also with sliding glass door access to the rear deck and pool. The second level of the home is the focal point featuring an expansive kitchen, living, and dining area with cathedral ceilings and numerous windows allowing sunlight to cascade throughout comfortably. The second level queen suite offers many unique features that include an ensuite dressing room, standalone makeup vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and spacious tiled stall shower. The second floor wrap around deck is absolutely one of the best features for everyone to gather and enjoy offering a separate space to grill and a spectacular views of the beach and ocean.

    We very much liked this house but it needs a few details attended to make it perfect. We come to Stone Harbor every year and this house is on the beach block which is very convenient for the beach. This particular block wasn't crowded at all and great for our family. If you don't mind walking a bit to get to town this is a great location. To make this a perfect stay, the house itself needs the master bathroom spruced up. The shower is a bit grungy and we had to ask the property manager to come and clean it but it just needs work. There are carpet stains that should have been cleaned as well and we were all sore from the rock hard mattresses in each bedroom. That's certainly a matter of preference but none of our party preferred them like this. I would also employ a dehumidifier for the bottom floor as it is musty. The kitchen could also use a supply of the normal staples like salt, pepper etc.. of which there was none. At top dollar, the details make all the difference and while none of these issues were deal-killers, they do make a vacation nicer. The management company was super helpful with a few small things that needed attention right away. Thank you!
