The first level Master Suite allows additional privacy, while the second level bedrooms enjoy residential views of the surrounding town. Enjoy a plethora of exquisite dining, shopping, and entertainment on Olde New Jersey Ave where festivals are held throughout the seasons. Take a scenic walk along the Seawall and watch the waves crash.

Upon first arrival to the property parking in the assigned parking space, use the lockbox on the pole by the rear entry door. Enter the rear stairwell entrance and walk to the door at the top of the steps. Opening the main unit positions you in the kitchen, after coming through a faux cabinet. The spacious gourmet kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and high end finishes. An expansive living room with 20 ft ceilings, tile flooring, access to the main deck and elevator, and the staircase to the second floor is centralized within the unit.

Just before the living area is the entrance to the Master Suite to the right-hand side. The Master suite bathroom has a Japanese soaking tub, glass block walk-in shower, and high end vanity tub. The lavatory is located at the base of the staircase to the second floor. Once on the second floor, two bedrooms will be to the left hand side with plenty of space to accommodate whatever a guest may bring. At the opposite end of the hallway is the hallway bathroom with a glass stall shower and a single vanity sink. Finally, the room at the end of the hall recently had California Closets install a Queen sized Murphy Bed.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC
