Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds and towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

  This little unit in wildwood served all of our needs. From location to cleanliness, it was the perfect weekend rental. Very small unit but perfect for a couple to stay or 2 couples maximum. Loved walking to breakfast, beach & dinner daily. Would stay again!

  This was the second season my husband and I rented this cute bungalow. It's updated and tastefully furnished and decorated. It's perfect for us. The neighbors are very friendly. Overall the place was clean upon arrival however the bathroom mat and rug appeared to be dirty (not switched out when cleaned after previous renters.) Also the bathtub appeared not to be clean. There was quite a bit of items in the freezer and the refrigerator including spoiled milk. (There WAS a power outage the day before we checked in and power was not restored until early evening on July 8th.)
  Overall the place is great! If the owners install a washer and dryer we plan on renting it again, hopefully for 3 weeks!

  Very nice. Everything we needed except a washer/dryer. I did not realize this when I booked. Parking is a challenge on the weekends. We had a lot of difficulty with the TV. Overall it was a lovely place and very comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little courtyard. We had a very nice week.
