This condo is located in the heart of Sea Isle. Beach block and just steps to the promenade on 42nd Street, restaurants, shopping & nightlife - you will not need to drive anywhere, although if you decide to, you don't need to fight to find parking with 1 car assigned parking in the shared garage. Henri's Restaurant and bar is next door and a local favorite. So many stores and restaurants are just down the block.

Find everything you need in the condo to make this a comfortable stay, 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa provides sleeping accommodations for 6 people. A nicely equipped kitchen if you decide you want to cook some meals, deck looking out at the beach and promenade with furniture, dining table to seat 4, an outside shower to rinse off the sand before you go inside, 5 beach tags to use - all you have to do when you get here is drop your bags and start your vacation.

An amenities package is included for your convenience. This includes bedsheets, towels, toilet paper and hotel style toiletries for each bathroom, and paper towels. Comforters and pillows are also provided as normal. Please leave the property as you found it, with all items cleaned and put away. A professional cleaning service will be in shortly after check-out to prepare the unit for the next tenants. Please ensure TRASH and RECYCLING are taken out during your stay. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 Trash Fee.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
