This beautiful newly constructed four bedroom, four bathroom, two story, single family home is truly a unique find located in the private residential tranquility of Page Street Impasse and was recently completed in June 2022! The kitchen features polished Statuario porcelain countertops, farmhouse style sink, coffee bar, wine bar, and folding rear patio doors which create an all-encompassing rear space between the inside of the home, rear deck, and rear yard. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom accented with heated tile flooring with a digital wall control. Mahogany wood flooring runs throughout the first floor of the home and bedroom.

The second floor boasts mahogany wood flooring throughout the hallway, carpeting in the bedrooms, and heated tile flooring with digital wall control in each bathroom. The Master bedroom to the right has a King bed, two closets, and features a bathroom with Praia Carrara tile stall shower with mosaic pebble flooring, a dual marble vanity, and a private commode.     House - very nice. Location - very nice. Overall experience disappointing. Why? It was a family vacation. One of my family members (cousin) has a service dog. Highly trained, professional, certified service dog. (A service dog is not a pet, that point was not disputed) Out of courtesy, I notified property mgm that my cousin was visiting, and they opted to say no, and stated they are exempt from complying with ADA. A disappointing, un-educated, and unnecessary stance. They might as well have told me my 86-year-old father was not allowed to have his cane. A private residence rented out in this fashion is exempt from ADA requirements - for excessive costs - elevator, ramps, wheelchair bathrooms, etc. But there is no excessive cost incurred by allowing a service dog, but they still chose to so no, and claim exemption from ADA. I invite the owner to educate themselves.

    This house was amazing and very clean. Plenty of space for a big family. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but it’s not horrible. We would highly recommend this rental and will definitely be back.
