This highly desirable and beautifully decorated open concept home is now available for its second rental season with peak Summer weeks available! This beautiful four bedroom, three and a half bathroom, two story townhome is located in the residential tranquility of northern Wildwood Crest right by the southern end of the Wildwood Boardwalk and the free beaches of Wildwood Crest. Alleviate any parking concerns with onsite parking for one car in the driveway, one car in the private garage, and additional street parking out-front. Exquisite dining options just off nearby Pacific and Atlantic Avenues include Duffer’s restaurant and Ice Cream, Bandanas Mexican Grille, Jellyfish Café, Little Italy, and local treats like Britton’s Gourmet Bakery. Enjoy plenty of shopping and entertainment options on the Boardwalk like Adventure Pier & Morey’s Piers. You’ll need your strength for all those rides, be sure to grab some grub from Sam’s Pizza Palace or Curleys Fries. Also, don’t forget to stop at Laura’s Fudge for some saltwater taffy and fudge before the trip home!

In the rear of the property, you will find a large open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living room with hardwood floors throughout. Access the large rear yard from the sliding glass doors in the living room. Many large windows provide lots of sunshine and a cool summer breeze. Kitchen has a large center island, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The second floor of this townhome has all four bedrooms, including two suites. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

    The vacation rental was very nice overall. Kitchen equipment was slightly lacking and as was overall warmth of the home. Many rooms are completely bare of pictures and anything that would make it feel more homey. Family room sofa is pretty horrendous as it is covered over and the cover is in need of replacement. I cannot say enough good things about the Powers group. They are unbelievably responsive and supply answers to any questions you could possibly have. I would definitely rent from them again. We very much enjoyed our stay!

    Vacation Townhome is close to the beach walking distance to the Boardwalk & Duffer’s for breakfast & lunch. Townhome is big enough for many adults and the yard is great for kids to play in.

    Overall, our experience was very good. The condo was clean and very spacious. This unit was ideally located as we could walk to the beach, tram car at the end of the boardwalk and some of our favorite spots to eat.

    Loved our stay at this property. Plenty of space for our family and was super clean and we loved all the amenities. It is a close walk to the beach for my husband and I and a close walk to the boardwalk for our teenage boys. Lots to do and see. The management company was pleasant, professional and very responsive. Would love to come back Summer 2024!

    The home is nicely appointed and well maintained. Modern kitchen has all one needs for a week. There were beach chairs, beach cart, bikes and boogie boards - all in great shape. It’s convenient to the beach, boardwalk, bakery, ice cream and other fun places.
    We would visit again.

    Wonderful, the property location is perfect. Close to everything but in a quite area. All accommodations were perfect (beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped, decor nice)
    There are a few things that should be updated. First the Wi-Fi ~ we could only get service in the living room (could not get service upstairs at all). TV in other two bedrooms would be nice. Refrigerator water dispenser was very slow ended up buying cases of water. With these few changes i would rent this place again.

    We were three generations, family of six. House is in a very good location, neighbors, who I believe were also rentals, we’re respectful. Amenities were good, could use an outside shower. House is very well kept.
