The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

    Our family had a wonderful vacation at this property! The indoor living space was a bit small but the outdoor living space was perfect with the various tables and chairs! The bunk beds and queen beds were very squeaky. The dishes, pots/pans and utensils were in great condition; however, I would recommend some serving/mixing bowls and a large carving knife. The linens and towels being provided by a service was a nice touch. We would also recommend room darkening curtains in all of the bedrooms to keep the street lights out at night and the bright early morning sunshine. Overall, we had a fabulous vacation! Thank you!

    If you're looking for a modest, yet efficient place to spend a week at the beach this is the place for you. Considering the location and the beautiful Jersey Shore itself, our stay was fine.
    The positives include 3 separate bedrooms, a majority of the basics available at the house and again, the location. The 3 bedrooms are small but you can get away with 5 people staying at the house. One bedroom has a queen, the second has a full, and the third has a full/twin bunk system. The house had washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, a basic set of dishes/kitchen tools, a dishwasher, a gas grill, and a tv in every room. There is a small font porch which was nice to sit and watch the world go by/read the newspaper. In the back there are two tables to use for outdoor dining. The AC worked well and the shower water pressure was good. The owner lives in a separate building in the back of the house and he was very friendly and gracious about us using the house beach toys/supplies. And Alex reached out to see how we were doing and help answer a few minor questions. It was nice to have the linen service and not worry about brining sheets/towels.
    However the interior of the house needs updating. It was not super clean and the furnishings were very average. All of the beds were extremely squeaky and it was hard for my wife and I to sleep together in the queen. There are no lamps in the house, only overhead lights...and some of those were missing bulbs. The couches were pretty gushy. The house could use some clocks. The shower/tub is old and creaky, it could use an update.
    Overall compared to the rates in neighborhood this house worked ok for my family. If you're looking for the Ritz, this is not it. But if you're coming to enjoy the beach and need a great location, this place will work.
