This highly desirable open concept home recently purchased in October 2021 is now available for its second rental season! Located just a few steps from the free beaches of Wildwood Crest, this first level, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home provides an expansive front porch, driveway parking for four cars, and a gorgeously decorated interior packed with modern conveniences. Close by dining options include Sal’s Pizza, the Fish Factory, the Crest Tavern, Carini’s Pizza & Italian Restaurant, and a hidden gem known as the Reges Café. Many of the nearby motels also have small cafés perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast or ice cream after a night out. The property owner(s) have worked hard to provide a genuine vacation opportunity with meticulous attention to detail and it truly must be experienced in person to be appreciated. Upon arrival, guests can park in the driveway then proceed up the main front porch entry. Once inside, guests are centrally positioned in the living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area offers comfortable accommodations for entertaining company, watching a movie on the mounted 65” flatscreen television, or playing board games on a rainy day. The spacious circulation of the living, dining, and kitchen areas provide easy movement between all allowing for guests to easily entertain large family groups. Down the hallway past the kitchen, the King bedroom is the first room on the right-hand side with the Bunk bedroom located just after. The corner hallway Queen bedroom is immediately after the Bunk bedroom and rests across from the second hallway bathroom. At the rear of the hallway, the Pyramid bedroom is right before the entry to the laundry room.

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), a 3oz. bottle of dishwashing liquid with a dishwashing sponge, a courtesy roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, and a courtesy roll of paper towels. Items will be left in orange dry cleaning bags or clear plastic storage containers inside the unit or by the entry. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets (just in case), Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings.

    This E Atlanta condo was clean, spacious, and wonderfully located 1 block from the beach. The front porch is big and nice to sit outside in the morning with a cup of coffee. This rental housed 7 of us (3 adults and 4 children) very comfortable with room for more. We kept all of our beach equipment in the storage shed in the back. There were 4 parking spaces for our unit too. The only thing missing that we would have definitely liked having was a dresser in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The owners upstairs were nice, but very early risers, sometimes vacuuming floors at 5am. Overall this was a great rental and I would definitely recommend especially for families worth children.
