Beautiful Oceanfront rental opportunity. Luxury at it finest, Unit 205 at the Stockton Beach House is large 4 bedroom 3 bath corner with amazing ocean views. Off of the elevator form the ground level parking garage you enter the rear of the unit to a nice open foyer. To your right there will be a private laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Down the hallway the property opens up to an large open concept Living, dining and kitchen great room. All looking directly at the ocean. The property is equipped with an upscale kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Granite countertops and large center island, Tile floors throughout the living area and kitchen. in the living area there is a large section sofa and a second pull out couch for additional guests. The panoramic views are unbelievable form the living area. There is a los access to the large oceanfront deck from the living room. The dining area seats 6 with additional bar seats at the center island to easily seat 10. Adjacent to the living area you will find all four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are serviced by two hall bathrooms and the fourth bedroom is a large Ocean front master bedroom with attached bath and access to the oceanfront deck. The master bath offers a large tile shower and dual sinks.

This Oceanfront condo complex offers two car assigned parking per unit, Elevator to all floors, Large Beachfront pool, with two gas grilles, pool side bathroom and outdoor shower.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels to get started. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

    This is the first time we stayed at this condo. We loved that it was beachfront. We had an unobstructed view of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were great.
    We loved the spacious open concept of the kitchen, living and dining rooms.

    The place is as it is is spacious, the view to the sea is awesome and it is literally on the edge of the beach. The owner answers quickly to his messages and the place is well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that the locker was already almost full of beach gear, so it was hard to use it for ours.

    Spend a phenomenal week with three generations at this rental. Loved the proximity on the beach and could get our toes in the sand within 50 seconds! Home was clean, spacious and the views where breathtaking!

    Love the location, could not be easier to get to the beach, or anywhere else. Pool was lovely. Key-less entry is a BIG positive.

    A small chair in the master bedroom would have been helpful for an elderly guest.

    One guest did encounter a poorly draining tub that left behind a lot of muck. Had to tighten the legs on the bar stools before we could use them. Had to retrieve toy from under the couch - needs a good sweeping under there... Otherwise very positive experience.

    We stayed in this condo for the first time, everything was great. A few of the outlets did not work (kitchen, master bath), but other than that our stay was nice.
