The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

    This is a beautiful home! The owners were next door which made it very special, they were attentive to our needs (fixed the TV) and offered the bikes at no charge. The home is very nicely furnished, spacious and provided enough space for everyone in our group. The plus was allowing our Dog to be part of the experience, she was so good and it was lovely to have her with us.

    House was beautiful. Plenty of room! Had a few issues..Ants were everywhere in the kitchen. Not something that can be controlled..we bought ant traps during our 4 day stay. Next was an experience cleaning fee. We have no issues paying it but we had to make our own beds! I've never stayed at a place where we had to do that. We went on vacation..paid the cleaning fee..have no issue stripping the beds after & cleaning up after ourselves..but don't go on vacation & pay extra money to put sheets on 10 beds!

    We went with family for a wedding at the yacht club. It was raining & high winds all weekend but the house was perfect for our stay indoors.

    Great location but please keep in mind that beach access to 54th street is stair only...just a heads up for those using wheelchairs, strollers or wagons.
