One of the most popular ways of enjoying this property is to leave the car parked in assigned parking, walking to the beach and surrounding town, then taking the JITNEY to 96th Street in neighboring Stone Harbor or up Landis Ave in Sea Isle City for some late night fun. Upon arrival, guests can pull up directly outside or into the parking lot and unload by way of steps leading directly to the front porch and entry door. Proceeding inside, a beautiful open concept kitchen, living, and dining area present a great space for entertaining, preparing, and enjoying meals. Access to the front porch can be obtained through the sliding glass balcony door in the front King Suite. The porch offers partial bay views and residential views, and provides a great space to entertain and relax on Summer nights. Back inside, the King suite features an attached bathroom that has recently received extensive renovations including new tile, a dual granite topped vanity, a rain shower head, and a new glass shower door (arriving soon). The hallway to the rear bedrooms, bathrooms, and utility closet is just past the kitchen. Down the hallway, the second of two full bathrooms with combination tub/shower will be on the left side just before the laundry closet. Across from the laundry closet are the remaining two of three bedrooms, with the left bedroom outfitted with two twin sized beds and the right bedroom furnished with a queen sized bed.

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
