The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County. Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels.

The VRBO network is an advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, payment is collected, a reservation confirmation is sent, and a lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both owner and tenant, the reservation is finalized.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
