Newly renovated four bedroom, three and a half bathroom, two story luxury home located in the residential tranquility of southern Wildwood Crest. Situated on a generously sized corner lot, this home has off street parking for two cars and a golf cart, a beautifully landscaped yard, an outdoor shower, plenty of natural light from all the new windows, and more. On the first floor you will find a laundry/mud room, two rear bedrooms that share a hall bathroom, a den in the front of the home next to the first floors suite with private bathroom. As you walk up the stairs to the top floor you enter a large open concept floor plan with a high-end kitchen, living room, gas fireplace and dining area. Looking down the street you have beautiful ocean views. Off of the living area there is a large porch partially covered with a pergola with a little shade for those hot summer days. In the front of the home home on the second floor there is a half bathroom and the private master bedroom. We also have a large, safe locking storage room for your bicycles and kids things for the beach. The owners have meticulously crafted this home for your enjoyment. With a short one and a half block stroll to the free Wildwood Crest beaches making this the perfect home to create those family vacation memories. The entire interior and exterior are of high quality materials from the cedar siding to the furniture, including the kitchen-wares and Bosch appliances. Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

The VRBO network is an advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both owner and tenant then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
