Top Floor 3 bedroom unit is a highly desirably North End location of North Wildwood. 415 10th Street is a large 3 bedroom unit that Sleeps 10. There is three car parking with one spot in the garage and two in the driveway. Additional parking on the street is free between Surf and Ocean Avenues. There is also a private storage unit in the garage with beach gear for tenants to use. Enter the unit to the nice entry foyer. To the front of the property you will find an open concept living, kitchen and dining area with access to the private front deck with ocean views. The living room has a large section couch as well as a separate sitting area. There is a dining table that sits 8 with an additional 3 seats at the center island. to the rear of the property you will find a master bedroom with king bed and attached en suite, Laundry room, Hall Bath room and two back bedrooms. The one back bedroom has both a queen and full bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds, both are trundle beds.

Property is located just a short block and a half to the popular 10th street beach and don't forget to stop at Russo's market for a snack on the way. Property is located on a quiet street but is also a short drive or few block walk to the North Wildwood entertain district.

This includes bedsheets for all beds and towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.

VRBO is a property advertising website. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
