Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

Fee Break Down: (These items are included in your quote)
Base Rent + The Following:
- $100 Processing Fee
- $75 Accidental Damage Insurance Policy Charge (Non-refundable)
- $150 Amenities Package
- $300 Cleaning Fee for Reservations less then 7 Nights
- Off season weeknight rate is $500/night if booking less than a week.
- 3% Credit Card Convenience Fee

Please Note: This property does not accept group rentals or tenants under the age of 25. Reservations signed for by parents / legal guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading pretenses is subject to eviction without reimbursement.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event the Tenant wishes to cancel this lease, the Tenant may do so only upon the consent of the Landlord. The cancellation request must be submitted in writing by the Tenant to the Rental Agent. The Tenant understands that if the Tenant cancels this lease the Landlord has the right to demand the full payment of rent in accordance with the terms of this lease. In the event the Landlord does not release the Tenant from the continued obligation to pay rent or the Property is not re-rented at full price, the Landlord may demand that the Tenant continue to remain obligated to pay the rental amount. All cancellations are subject to a handling charge by the Rental Agent in the amount as agreed upon in the property listing agreement of all collected funds.
