The primary suite includes a king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and a private bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle (sleeping up to four) and a Smart TV. A full hallway bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combo is shared between the second and third bedrooms, and a convenient half bath is located off the living area.

This home is fully equipped to make your stay easy and enjoyable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is ready for anything — from quick breakfasts to full family meals —with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. You’ll also find a coffee maker (drip + Keurig), blender, hand mixer, rice maker, toaster, waffle maker, and all baking essentials, including cooking spices and seasonings.

The condo will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival for a fresh, welcoming stay. A starter supply kit is provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods or dish soap, and trash liners to get you settled in comfortably.

Enjoy modern conveniences like central air and heat, ceiling fans, WiFi, and streaming access (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, HBO Max, Paramount+), along with phone charging stations in every bedroom. A full size washer and dryer and hair dryers are also provided for added comfort.

Parking is easy with a private garage and space for 2 cars (plus 1 in the driveway). The condo is professionally cleaned prior to arrival, and you’ll be stocked with a starter set of essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and trash liners.

Beach-Ready Extras

Everything you need for a perfect beach day is included and conveniently stored in the garage: beach buggy, chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, 4 beach cruiser bikes, and fishing/crabbing gear. We simply ask that all items are rinsed and returned after use.

• Dogs must be crated when left alone in the condo
• Must be leashed in all common areas; no pets on balconies unattended
• Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly
• Dogs should be well-behaved—no excessive barking or disturbances
• Owners are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Linen package will be left at the entry door of the property on arrival day, you can request for an additional fee of $150.00 to have the beds made prior to your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Bed Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Linens.

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
